Mano Verde is an app for landscaping businesses. This policy explains what data we keep, why, and how to delete it.

What we keep

Businesses using the app: phone number, business name, time zone, and the information they enter about their customers, services, jobs, invoices and payments.

Those businesses' customers: name, phone, service address, language, service notes, job and invoice history, and the text messages we send them.

How we use it

Only to run the service: scheduling and doing the work, planning routes, sending invoices and reminders, and recording payments. We don't sell data or share it for advertising.

Text messages

We text you about your request, your visits, your invoices and your payments, only if you agreed to receive them. Frequency varies with your service. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and START to resume. We don't share your number or consent with third parties for marketing.

Who we share data with

Providers that help us run the service: Amazon Web Services (servers and text messages), Stripe (card payments; your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach Mano Verde) and Google Maps (addresses and routes). We may also share data when the law requires it.

How we protect it

Data is stored on protected, encrypted servers in the United States. Each business can only see its own customers.

Deleting your data

Businesses can delete their account and all its data in the app (Settings › Delete my account). If you're a customer of a business, ask them to delete your information, or reply STOP to stop messages.

California residents

You can ask what data we have about you and ask us to delete it. We don't sell personal information.
